Ordered March 24th...keep getting email that order was fulfilled (it's now April 6th)...I can see that a USPS label was created, but item still hasn't been given to USPS to ship. I contacted JTC thru their website 3 days ago and have not heard back except to get another solicitation to fill out this survey. I would like a refund, please.
