The site said product was in stock and ready to ship. My kids birthday was 3 weeks from my order date. After placing order and paying for it through PayPal I waited two weeks with no word about shipment.
I received no order confirmation from the business through email. The only verification I had was through a PayPal receipt. I contacted them through chat which was substandard with responses. They said the product had been backordered and arrived that day. It would ship that Saturday and I WOULD receive it Wednesday of the following week which happened to be a few days before my kids birthday so it would work out...I requested an email verifying their commitment and they said one would be sent out when the product shipped. Saturday came and went and no word of the shipment. Wednesday came and went and no product or email. Finally on Friday Oct. 2nd I received an email saying the shipment was being prepared. My kids birthday came and went and no present. The order status said USPS was awaiting the item arrival. Four days went by and finally on Tuesday the item arrived at USPS. I received the hot wheels car which was triple what I would pay in the store a full four weeks after payment from a dealer that was two states away from my location, an 8 hour drive on Thursday...needless to say the customer service was unacceptable, the only reason the rating is not a 1 star is that they were the ONLY dealer to have a spider gwen hot wheels car for sale on any site and my kid was happy they got it but the look of disappointment on their birthday can't be put in words especially when I did my part and ordered well in advance....
